The InsightCyber team needed to rethink and rework their core cyber security product. They just signed some big clients and wanted to ensure the user experience was optimal as they made their push to take advantage of the momentum.

After doing discovery, research, and interviews with the clients:
-> Created user flows mapping the user journey as they navigate their dashboard
-> Designed and shipped full user flows accounting for all edge cases as they monitor their network(s)
