The IBM team needed a way to kick off and demonstrate the benefits a smart factory to usher in the next industrial revolution. From the block chain enabled supply chain to the real time feedback to the factory manager, it was a complicated task. We introduced the concept of The Model Factory. A simplified isometric and fully interactive choose-your-own adventure tour of a smart factory.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, we created the site as the center piece and surrounded it with a full awareness campaign targeted at an exclusive and limited audience of mega factories around thew world. The Model Factory won a 2019 Bronze Effie for IBM.
